Jean Wandimi has over 7 years’ experience in digital marketing & communications, 3 years in trade fair marketing and market research. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University. She is a Business Analyst at africon GmbH tasked with general digital marketing, Messe Dusseldorf trade fair marketing in East Africa (marketing to associations and press and exhibitor and visitor acquisition) as well as local research work.
Within the work local research work, Jean Wandimi supports with obtaining of information, meeting with key stakeholder in the market, relationship management with key accounts, creating and presenting high-quality strategy documents.
Her activities include acquisition exhibitors and visitors in East Africa helping with key contacts to decision makers in the Messe Düsseldorf relevant fields such as printing, packaging, plastics and metals. She also supports with research work for projects in East Africa, together with local and international consultants. She assists in the organisation and co-ordination of business trips, business delegations, workshops and trade fairs.
