Hans Peter Hiemer has been developing and implementing concepts and solutions for the sustainable optimization of value chains in the consumer goods industries in Europe and Asia/China since the late 1980s.
Since the beginning of his professional career, his focus has been on supporting companies on their way to further developing their business logic in responsive systems, advancing the integration of digitization and transforming companies into value-adding and customer-oriented companies through the systematic empowerment of teams and leaders.
His former roles and responsibilities at international wholesale and retail brands, as well as today in his own company and as an advisor, underline the extensive entrepreneurial experience of Hans Peter Hiemer. Before assuming various management positions at Kurt Salmon (1987), ESCADA AG (1999), CBR (2011) or board functions at MONDI (1994) and s.Oliver (2008), among others, he coordinated numerous German-European projects on basic research in the field of textile technology. In 2013, he joined business4brands GmbH as Managing Partner and took over the company in 2020, since March 2021 he is Managing Director of ASSYST GmbH. Hans Peter Hiemer graduated as an engineer at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in 1985.
